AI Features and Credit Usage

BizFlow's AI features are available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Available AI features

Smart Form Field Suggestions	Admins	Suggests relevant form fields for a step
Natural-Language Branch Conditions	Admins	Converts plain-English rules into branch conditions
Flow Trigger Assistant	Members	Matches a plain-English request to the best available workflow
AI Text Assistance	Members	Drafts or rewrites long text field content

Enabling AI

1. Go to Settings → AI (admin only)
2. Toggle Enable AI features on
3. Choose a provider (Anthropic/Claude or OpenAI/GPT) and model
4. Choose Platform key (billed against your credit) or Your own key (billed directly by the provider)

Credit usage

When using the platform key, usage and remaining credit are shown in Settings → AI as a progress bar.
