How to Accept an Invitation

When an admin invites you to their BizFlow workspace, you will receive an invitation email.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation email from BizFlow
  2. Click Accept invitation (or "Set up your account")
  3. You will be taken to an account setup page — enter your full name and set a password
  4. Click Save — you will be signed in and taken to your tasks page

Link expired?

Invitation links are valid for 24 hours. If your link has expired:

  1. Contact your admin and ask them to resend the invitation
  2. They can do this from Users → Pending Invites → Resend
  3. You will receive a fresh invitation email

Notes

  • Do not create a new account at the sign-up page — that would create a separate, empty workspace
  • Your role (Admin or Member) is set by the person who invited you
