How to invite users

How to Invite Users

Admins can invite new team members to their BizFlow workspace by sending a magic-link email.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Admin Dashboard → Users in the left sidebar
  2. Click Invite User in the top-right corner
  3. Enter the person's email address and select their role (Admin or Member)
  4. Click Send Invitation

The invitee will receive an email with a one-click link to set up their account. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Checking pending invitations

You can track who has and has not accepted their invitation:

  1. Go to Users → Pending Invites in the sidebar
  2. The list shows each invite's status (Pending / Accepted), who sent it, and when it was last sent
  3. Click Resend to send a fresh link if the original has expired
  4. Click Revoke to cancel an invitation and remove the account

Bulk inviting via CSV

To invite many users at once:

  1. Go to Users → Bulk Import
  2. Download the CSV template
  3. Fill in email, full name, role, and whether to send an invite email
  4. Upload the file and review the preview
  5. Click Import — results show per-row success or error

Plan limits

The number of users you can have is determined by your plan (10 on Free, 100 on Pro). You will see an error if you try to invite beyond your limit.
