How to Sign In with Google

Aitomic Flow supports signing in with your Google account as an alternative to email and password.

Signing in with Google

  1. Go to the Aitomic Flow login page
  2. Click Continue with Google
  3. Select your Google account and grant permission
  4. You will be redirected to your Aitomic Flow workspace

First time using Google sign-in

If your email address matches an existing Aitomic Flow account (e.g. one created by an admin invitation), Google sign-in will link automatically and you will be signed in to that account.

If no account exists for your Google email, you will need to sign up first or ask your admin to invite you.

Two-factor authentication (MFA) with Google sign-in

If you have set up TOTP two-factor authentication on your Aitomic Flow account using an email/password login, note that Google sign-in currently bypasses the MFA step. This is a known limitation — the extra code prompt only appears on email/password logins. If your organisation requires strict MFA enforcement, use email and password to sign in.

Trouble signing in with Google?

  • Make sure you are selecting the same Google account that matches your Aitomic Flow email
  • If you are redirected to the home page instead of your workspace, try again — this can happen if your browser blocked the redirect
  • If the issue persists, try signing in with your email and password instead, or contact support at contact@aitomicflow.com
