How to View Analytics and Reports

Dashboard

Go to Dashboard for a live overview:

• Stat cards: total flows, active instances, completed, cancelled, SLA breached, due soon
• Per-flow breakdown: runs, pending, completed, cancelled, error counts
• Bottleneck table: who has the most pending tasks and how long the oldest one has been waiting

Flow Performance Report

Go to Admin → Reports → Flows:

• Average cycle time per flow
• Completion, cancellation, and error rates
• Step-level breakdown sorted by median wait time
• Period selector: 7 / 30 / 90 days or all-time

SLA Adherence Report

Go to Admin → Reports → SLA:

• On-time vs breached counts per flow
• Breach rate with colour coding
• Per-step breakdown and escalation effectiveness
• CSV export

Plan limits

Report periods beyond 7 days require the Pro plan.
