• AI flow builder, smart form suggestions, natural-language branch conditions, and AI text assistance

Frequently asked billing questions

How is the Pro plan billed? Per active user, per month. You are charged for the number of users in your organisation at billing time.

Can I change plans? Yes. Admins can upgrade or review their plan in Settings → Billing.

What happens if I exceed a limit? You will see an inline message when you reach a plan limit (for example, trying to add an 11th user on the Free plan). The action is blocked until you upgrade.

Is there a free trial? The Free plan is free indefinitely. Upgrade to Pro when you need more users or AI features.
