User Roles in BizFlow

BizFlow has two user roles: Admin and Member.

Admin

Admins have full control over the organisation workspace:

  • Create, edit, publish, and delete workflows
  • Invite, deactivate, and manage team members
  • Create and manage departments
  • View all workflow instances and export data
  • Access admin reports and analytics
  • Configure AI settings and billing

Member

Members interact with published workflows:

  • See a list of published workflows available to their department
  • Trigger (start) workflows
  • Complete tasks assigned to them
  • View their own task history and triggered flows
  • Receive notifications for assigned tasks and completed flows

Changing a user's role

Admins can promote a member to admin (or demote) from the Users list:

  1. Go to Users
  2. Find the user and open their profile
  3. Change their role and save

Role changes take effect on the user's next login.
